Daniel Ricciardo's morning time kept Red Bull on top at the end of the second day of Barcelona Formula 1 testing, as teams began race simulations in earnest. Ricciardo lapped in 1m24.574s on soft tyres before the lunch break, and that stood for the rest of the day, giving him the top spot by 0.010s over Kimi Raikkonen's Ferrari, which also did its best run in the morning.
Red Bull managed to top the mileage chart too, as Ricciardo clocked 142 laps, including a race simulation.

Sauber's Felipe Nasr went fastest, while Lewis Hamilton had to abandon running early on the first day of the Barcelona Formula 1 test due to illness, prompting Mercedes to recall Pascal Wehrlein from Force India. Hamilton completed 11 laps over the first hour and a half of running on the opening day of 2015's second F1 test before stopping running.
"An unplanned stoppage is keeping us off track," said Mercedes in a tweet. "Lewis is feeling unwell and not able to continue driving today."
