Kehinde Fatai Scores Brace In Slovacko Demolition

Kehinde Fatai has continued his impressive display for Czech Republic team Sparta Prague when he scored a brace in a 4-0 win over Slovacko in a league game on Sunday.

Fatai has now scored six goals for his team since a summer switch from Astra Guigiu, three goals in the league, two in the UEFA Champions League and one in the Europa League.

Sparta Prague lead the table with 20 points from nine games, same as second-placed Viktoria Plzen, but on superior goal difference of +16 and +10 respectively.

NETHERLANDS: Guus Hiddink Frustrated Over Defeat

Netherlands coach Guus Hiddink was left bewildered after seeing his side beaten by Iceland in Euro 2016 qualifying on Monday. The 2-0 defeat in Reykjavik continued a rocky start to Hiddink's second stint in charge of the national side, with the Dutch third in Group A - six points off joint leaders Czech Republic and Iceland.

Gylfi Sigurdsson's brace condemned Netherlands to a second defeat of the pool and Hiddink struggled to explain why his side have struggled after performing so well under Louis van Gaal at the World Cup.

Tennis:Czech Republic retain Davis Cup

Radek Stepanek won the decisive rubber against Dusan Lajovic as the Czech Republic beat Serbia to retain the Davis Cup in Belgrade. The world number 44 was too strong for his lower-ranked opponent, winning comfortably 6-3 6-3 6-1.
Stepanek said: "To win two Davis Cups is my greatest achievement. To defend this trophy means the world to us."  Read more after the cut.
