Inter Milan made it six games unbeaten with a clinical 2-0 win at Hellas Verona on Saturday. In a clash which was billed by some as a battle for a place in the Europa League, Inter made sure it was they who impressed.

They were on top from the first minute, with Rodrigo Palacio and Jonathan getting the goals their performance deserved.

The outcome leaves them in fourth place on 47 points - that could change when Fiorentina play on Sunday - and seven clear of seventh-placed Hellas.
