Rondon, a club-record £12million signing from Zenit, was ineligible for Monday's 3-0 Premier League loss to Manchester City.

But the signing of the 25-year-old is likely to lead to departures, with one of – or both – of Ideye and Anichebe potentially leaving.

Arsene Wenger's losing run against Jose Mourinho should be a cause for concern to him according to the Chelsea manager.

Louis Van Gaal Must Win The Premier League Next Season - Tony Pulis

The pressure will be on Louis van Gaal to bring the Premier League back to Manchester United next season, says West Brom coach Tony Pulis. West Brom head coach Tony Pulis believes Louis van Gaal will be under pressure to ensure Manchester United are genuine contenders for the Premier League title next season.

United turned to David Moyes to replace legendary manager Alex Ferguson ahead of the 2013-14 campaign, but the Scot was dismissed less than 12 months in to the job. Subsequently, Dutchman Van Gaal - who has won the domestic titles in Netherlands, Spain and Germany - took over and has steered the club to fourth place with four matches remaining.

Injury Might Rule Out Brown Ideye From Palace Clash - Tony Pulis

West Brom have an injury concern over Brown Ideye ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash at head coach Tony Pulis' former club Crystal Palace. The Nigeria striker suffered a knock in training, which may prevent him from taking his place in the starting line-up at Selhurst Park.

Pulis said: “Browny has got a little bit of a knock so we're not sure if he will be fit to start or not. We're hoping that he will be OK."

EPL: WEST BROM vs SOUTHAMPTON PREVIEW

Tony Pulis maintains his in-form West Brom side cannot rest on their laurels going into Saturday's Premier League clash with Southampton at The Hawthorns. West Brom have pulled clear of danger since the Welshman took charge last month, losing just once in six league outings to move up to 14th, while also booking a place in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.

However, with Saturday's opposition riding high and challenging for a top-four berth, Pulis has warned there is no room within his squad for complacency. The former Stoke City boss refused to get carried away in Thursday's pre-match news conference, despite his side's form and the excitement surrounding next week's cup tie against Aston Villa.

The attacker failed to score in WBA’s latest Premier League game, a 1-0 win over Hull City at the Hawthorns on Saturday.

CRYSTAL PALACE: Manager Search Has Been Tough - Steve Parish

Crystal Palace co-chairman Steve Parish has admitted the search for Tony Pulis successor has been a struggle. Pulis left Selhurst Park on the eve of the Premier League season amid reports of a disagreement over the club's transfer policy.

Tim Sherwood claimed not to have been offered the job after an interview, and former Celtic boss Neil Lennon is currently the bookmakers' favourite to be installed.

Tony Pulis: David Moyes Can Turn Things Around At Manchester United

Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis has backed David Moyes to turn things around at Manchester United. Moyes has endured a tough start to life in charge at Old Trafford with United currently 11 points adrift of the top four.

Palace, who have won their last three home matches, host United on Saturday knowing a victory could move them to within three places of the defending champions.

But Pulis insists Moyes was the right man to succeed Sir Alex Ferguson and will, in time, get the Red Devils back on track. "David has had a tough start but they have some fantastic players," said Pulis.
