SUPER EAGLES: Odemwingie, Joel Obi, Agbim makes Keshi’s Provisional list For Brazil 2014

Nigeria and Stoke City of England striker Peter Odemwingie headlines Coach Stephen Keshi’s 30 man Provisional world cup list released Tuesday evening at the Football house of the Nigeria Football Federation Abuja.

The inclusion of the former West Bromich Albion of England striker put to rest agitation in different quarters on weather the in form Stoke man should be called up into the team.

Goalkeeper Agbim Hopeful Of World Cup Inclusion

Gombe united Goalkeeper, Chigozie Agbim says he is very hopeful of making the Super Eagles provisional list for the 2014 FIFA World Cup which is due for release today.

Agbim said that playing in the world cup remains the dream of every player and he will celebrate the opportunity if included in the Super Eagles’ team for this summers’ world cup in Brazil.

Nigeria goalkeeper Chigozie Agbim has said he was disappointed to concede a soft goal against Mozambique in a CHAN Group A match on Wednesday night.
 
Skipper Agbim was beaten by a Dario Khan 50-yard free kick in the 10th minute to give Mozambique some hope before the Super Eagles turned on their style to finally win 4-2 at the Cape Town Stadium.
 
“I was disappointed because I don’t think any goalkeeper can be happy conceding that kind of goal,” said Agbim.
