The 31-year-old has joined the Chinese side this week after ending his contract with AC Milan following an extended loan period back in Brazil with Santos.

Brazil are feeling anxious as they head into Saturday's last 16 World Cup clash against Chile in Belo Horizonte, coach Luiz Felipe Scolari admitted.

"It is understandable that one should feel uncomfortable and anxious, especially when you get to the knockout stage. We can't afford to make a mistake," Scolari told his eve-of-game press conference at the Mineirao Stadium.

"There is a bit more anxiety, more nerves. But that is normal in any competition, not just because we are in Brazil. When I am on my own and I start to think, I do get a bit nervous."

Brazil international Hulk has praised coach Luiz Felipe Scolari for his influence in creating a united team.
The Zenit St Petersburg forward believes Brazil’s Confederations Cup success was largely down to the fact that the squad are a "tight-knit group", which he believes has stemmed from Scolari’s positive leadership.

"This group of lads is brilliant," he told Fifa’s official website. "The Selecao squad have always been a great bunch, ever since I was first called up.

"We needed to go through a decisive period, really show our strength and, by doing that, form a closed, tight-knit group – which was what happened at the Confederations Cup.
