FIFA Presidency: Contestants To Hold Public Debate In London

FIFA Presidential contestants are set to hold a public debate which will reveal what each candidate has in stock for the troubled footballing body.

According to sportingintelligence.com,  American broadcaster ESPN wants to host the event in London on 29 January.

The election for the next head of world football's governing body is due to take place on 26 February in Zurich.

FIFA Presidency: Prince Ali Stops In Lagos To Win Nigeria's Vote

Contestant for the sit of FIFA President Prince Ali stopped over at the Lagos Airport to have a one on one talk with the president of the NFF. Ali is certainly one of the top shots for the hot FIFA sit. Pinnick should feel a level of shame for denying Segun Odegbami a chance to contest the FIFA presidential election after the NFF used delay tactics to sideline the former footballer.

One of the candidates for next year’s FIFA presidential election, Prince Ali Ibn Hussein, on Thursday made a stop –over in Lagos to see the President of Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Melvin Pinnick.

Both men spent some time together at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport before Prince Ali, a Jordanian and an influential figure in world football since challenging the now –suspended Sepp Blatter for the FIFA presidency in May this year, flew to Paris.
