Los Che have announced the shock death of a fan who died after collapsing during the jubilation of Valencia' late equalizer against Barcelona at Mestalla. It's an unfortunate incident and the club have expressed their condolence to the family involved.

Valencia have confirmed that a supporter has passed away after he collapsed celebrating their late equaliser against Barcelona in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.

Santi Mina netted in the 86th minute to level proceedings against La Liga leaders Barca at the Mestalla, as new Valencia head coach Gary Neville watched on from the stands with brother Phil in temporary charge.

Iker Casillas ' agent, Santos Marquez, believes that Cristiano Ronaldo 's decision to sell his image rights to a company owned by Valencia president Peter Lim suggests that the forward is set to leave Real Madrid .

Ronaldo is under contract until 2018 but raised eyebrows on June 29 when he announced that he had signed a deal with Mint Media.

Marquez believes that the agreement is bad news for Los Blancos, as he is viewing it as a sign that the Portugal international is dissatisfied with club president Florentino Perez and is now preparing his Madrid exit.

Carlo Ancelotti will be banned for Real Madrid's last two games in La Liga after sarcastically applauding match officials. Real Madrid will have to contest their La Liga run-in without coach Carlo Ancelotti in the dugout after he was hit with a two-match touchline ban.

The charge relates to Real's 2-2 draw with Valencia last weekend, when Ancelotti allegedly sarcastically applauded match referee Carlos Clos Gomez. Ancelotti was found to be in breach of the Spanish Football Federation's rule 117, which declares that  anyone who "address referees, managers or officials in terms or attitudes of contempt or disregard…are punishable by suspension".

Cristiano Ronaldo kept Real Madrid’s slim title hopes alive, scoring a stoppage time goal to salvage a 2-2 draw and prevent a shock defeat to Valencia at the Bernabeu.

Atletico Madrid’s defeat to Levante earlier in the day meant Real Madrid were presented with the opportunity to close the gap at the top of La Liga to just three points. But it was a chance Carlo Ancelotti’s men couldn’t take, with Ronaldo salvaging a point with a nonchalant backheel flick late in the game.

The Bernabeu side now trail Atletico by five points, although they hold a game in hand over Atleti, with Barcelona just three points adrift with two games left to play.

BARCELONA 2 VALENCIA 3: Valencia Ends Barca's 25 Match Unbeaten Run

The Liga title race was thrown wide open on Saturday after 10-man Barcelona fell to a 3-2 defeat to Valencia at Camp Nou. Gerardo Martino's side got off to a great start as Alexis Sanchez’s seventh-minute effort fortuitously beat Valencia keeper Diego Alves and although they dominated the first half, the visitors drew level just before the break.

Dani Parejo finished off a move he started to peg the hosts back and the diminutive Pablo Piatti put Juan Antonio Pizzi's men ahead with a header early in the second half. Lionel Messi then equalised for Barca from the penalty spot on 54 minutes to end a run of three matches in all competitions without a goal, but Valencia's determination shone through and Paco Alcacer guided Sofiane Feghouli's cross past Victor Valdes five minutes later.
