CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Enyimba Set To Roast Togolese Champions In Aba

Nigeria’s Enyimba will begin their CAF Champions League campaign on Sunday when they welcome first-ever Togolese champions Anges de Notse. Two-time champions Enyimba have undergone major changes since they finished as runners-up in the Nigeria league in October.

Coach Zakary Baraje has replaced Salisu Yusuf, while they have made some shrewd signings including ABS striker Abdulrahman Bashir. Basking in the euphoria of beating all comers at the recent pre-season Super 4 in Abuja, where they recorded three straight wins over Warri Wolves, Bayelsa United and Kano Pillars, the Aba club will be going for broke against their little known visitors.
