Ex-Nigeria captain Nwankwo Kanu has charged the Super Eagles to go for early goals in Saturday’s World Cup qualifier against Ethiopia. Kanu specially told MTNFootball the Eagles also have all it takes to qualify for Brazil 2014.
"I think we are already in Brazil because we have the players who can deliver on Saturday," said Kanu, who featured in three World Cups.
"When we played the first leg, their first half was not too impressive, but in the second half we did well and got a vital away win. So, I will charge the Eagles to start this game in the same way they played the second half in Ethiopia. But I have no doubt that we will make it to Brazil."
Last month, Nigeria won the first leg 2-1 in Ethiopia. The overall winners of this tie will qualify for next year’s World Cup.
