Football show ‘El Larguero’ from Spanish radio station Cadena Ser, informed tonight that Real Madrid President Florentino Perez has told Sergio Ramos that they’d be willing to sell the Andalucian defender in the event of an offer of €60 million; €90 million below his €150 million transfer clause. El Larguero claim the info stems from conversations held between the pair over the last few days concerning the renewal of Ramos’ contract; Ramos is said to have told Perez that several clubs are interested in acquiring his services, but that none of them are prepared to pay his €150 million transfer clause.
To which Perez is said to have told Ramos that in the event of a bid for €60 million, Madrid would be willing to sell, to any club, including Barcelona.
If there’s any grain of truth to this, it would be a pretty spectacular transfer, Ramos being a club captain and dressing room cadre, not to mention if he were to move to Barça…
