CHELSEA: Demba Ba Posts Fish Meme On Instagram To Explain Blue's Situation

There were suggestions when Fernando Torres picked up an injury in Chelsea’s win over Manchester United at Stamford Bridge that Demba Ba would get a chance to impress up front. But, Ba was restricted to a number of cameos off the bench as back up to Samuel Eto’o – coming on against Stoke, West Ham, Manchester City and Newcastle.

And, the Senegal striker was left out completely from the Chelsea squad that drew 1-1 at West Brom on Tuesday night. Ba has been in demand in both the previous two transfer windows but Jose Mourinho has held on to the former West Ham and Newcastle striker in case of injury to Eto’o or Torres. Late on Wednesday evening, Ba uploaded the Fish Meme above on to Instagram with the following tag line:

Wonder what Jose Mourinho will think of this? Ultimately, Ba just seems eager for regular first team football…
