Usain Bolt Spotted Riding A Megaboard At Heathrow Airport

Usain Bolt has shown the clumsy Segway-riding cameraman how it should be done, by taking to a megaboard after touching down in London.

Bolt, 29, was knocked flying by a Chinese broadcaster struggling to control his Segway, just seconds after sprinting to victory in the 200m at last week’s World Championships in Beijing.

But it clearly hasn’t taken him long to get over the incident, as he has now been pictured riding one himself at Heathrow Airport.

A barefoot Bolt was facing the stands while celebrating his decisive win on Thursday, when the TV cameraman Tao Song lost control of the Segway and took him out from behind.

Bolt fell backwards onto the cameraman, said to work for state-run China Central Television station (CCTV), but both were lucky to escape serious injury.

In a light-hearted press conference after the accident, Bolt joked that the cameraman must have been paid by his arch rival Justin Gatlin, beaten to the Gold for the second time in a week.

‘I don’t have my legs insured but I might think about it after that,’ he laughed.

‘He took the worst of it so I checked he was okay and he said sorry as much as he could. He may have hit his head. I have a few cuts but I’m fine.’
