TRANSFER UPDATE: Emenike To Chelsea, Arsenal & Liverpool Target Navas And Many More

Fenerbahce have offered Emmanuel Emenike to Chelsea for €19 million as they look to profit on a strong World Cup display from the 27-year-old Nigerian. Emenike scored 12 goals in 28 league games as Fener won the Super Lig.
