The news was revealed by the Portuguese press, who have also lifted the lid on some of the details of the ceremony, which is expected to be attended by a number of players and coaches represented by Mendes's Gestifute agency. Fábio Coentrão and Pepe are the other Real Madrid squad members who have been invited.
According to the newspaper Jornal de Notícias, there will be 300 guests at the ceremony, which will take place at the São João Baptista church, in Porto's residential Foz neighbourhood.
The reception and party will be held in a functions space at the Serralves Foundation, one of the most prestigious museums in Portugal.
Mendes, considered the most powerful agent in world football, is marrying Sandra Barbosa at the altar. The couple wed at a civil ceremony in 2005 and have three children together.
The 49-year-old also has a daughter from his previous marriage to Fernanda Farinha, which lasted 11 years.
