Lukman Haruna Scores For Anzhi

Nigeria midfielder Lukman Haruna scored his first goal in the two-week-old Russian league as Anzhi Makhachkala lost 3-1 at home to Lokomotiv Moscow on Monday.

The former Golden Eaglets captain put Anzhi ahead in the 15th minute, but they could not hold on to the lead or add to their tally.


The 24-year-old is on a season-long loan at the Russian team from Dynamo Kiev.

He has also played for Monaco and Hoverla.

He has won Ukraine Cup twice in the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 seasons, he also won Ukraine Super Cup in the 2011/2012 season.
