The Saints have announced their new signing by posting two videos on social media. One video saw Romeu’s contract signing at St Mary’s, while the other saw the new arrival from Chelsea give an in-depth interview about why he’s moved clubs.
Romeu moved to Stamford Bridge from Barcelona in summer 2011 for £5m, the Spaniard has spent the last two campaigns on loan at Valencia and Stuttgart.
The 23-year-old has signed a three-year deal at Southampton.
