The Dream Team smarting from their qualification for the Africa Under-23 Cup of Nations after eliminating Congo will kick-start their preparations towards winning the gold medal.
The team are populated by the players who won the ticket for the Under-23 Nations Cup but there are also new faces in the list.
Goalkeepers Yusuf Mohammed, Daniel Emmanuel and Under-17 World Cup winner, Dele Alampasu, are in the squad so are Oghenekaro Etebo, Sincere Seth, Junior Ajayi, Semiu Liadi, Erhun Obanor and skipper Azubuike Okechukwu, who has just moved to Turkey.
Some of the foreign-based players called up are Atanda Sodiq of Appolonia FC, Osmanispor’s Aminu Umar, Shehu Abdullahi of Maderia and Stanley Amuzie of Sampdoria, who is reportedly injured.
Lucky Jimoh, Olisah Ndah and Solomon Efosa are the newcomers to coach Siasia’s team.
