Suarez who had hoped that his four-month ban will be halved yesterday by the Court of Arbitration for Sports was only cleared to train with teammates as well as take part in non-official matches till his earlier pronounced ban is over.
As reported on Barcelona’s official website the likes of Xavi and Bartra also trained with the main group Neymar as well but without medical all clear and Vermaelen continued with some physio work.
With the minor relaxation on his ban, Suarez will be eligible to play in Monday's friendly at Camp Nou. His unveiling to the media will be on Tuesday.
