Basket Ball great Kobe Bryant has named the top five players he has ever played against in the NBA
In a conference call on Monday, Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant named his top 5 opposing players and teams, adding that it was difficult not to pick more, via ESPN's Baxter Holmes.
The players: Hakeem Olajuwon, Michael Jordan, Kevin Durant, LeBron James, Clyde Drexler.
The teams: San Antonio Spurs, Sacramento Kings, Boston Celtics, Detroit Pistons, Chicago Bulls.
Congratulations are in order for the Kings, who haven't been included in any best-of lists in a long time. Those early-2000s teams were absolutely great.
Also: It's rather interesting that Bryant picked Drexler, who had retired before Bryant became a full-time starter in his third season. That's quite the show of respect from one great shooting guard to another.
