Werder Bremen 4-2 Borussia Monchengladbach: Anthony Ujah Fires Bremen To Victory

Super Eagles and Werder Bremen striker Anthony Ujah fired his club ahead of Borussia Monchengladbach to progress to the next stage of the German Cup.

Nigeria international Anthony Ujah was the match winner for Werder Bremen on Tuesday in a German cup game as they beat Borussia Monchengladbach 4-3.

Bremen have now qualified for the group stage of the competition. Ujah scored in the 78th minute to give his side 4-2 lead.


The 25-year-old striker was substituted in the 79th minute with Felix Kroosz

The former Mainz and Cologne striker has now scored 10 goals in all competitions this season, with seven in the league and three in the cup.
