BARCLAYS PREMIER LEAGUE : Team news and permutations - Liverpool and City at full strength for final day

All games on the final weekend of the season will kick-off at 3pm BST on Sunday

Cardiff City v Chelsea

Cardiff are already relegated. Chelsea could move up from third to second with a win if Liverpool lose.
With Cardiff relegated following last Saturday's 3-0 defeat at Newcastle, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks set to make changes as the club target a winning send-off before returning to the Championship. Frank Lampard is ill and is expected to miss a potential farewell appearance for Chelsea. Lampard, Ashley Cole and captain John Terry, who has a knock, are all out of contract at the end of the season, as is striker Samuel Eto'o, who recently had a knee injury, and is doubtful after being injured in training on Thursday.

Fulham v Crystal Palace

Fulham are already relegated. Crystal Palace are set to finish 11th unless a huge goal difference swing takes them above Stoke into 10th.

Club-record signing Kostas Mitroglou could return to the Fulham starting line-up as the Cottagers look to salvage some pride in their final Premier League game of the season. Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis has a fully-fit squad to select from.

Hull City v Everton

Hull could finish as high as 12th or as low as 17th. Everton will finish 5th.

Hull goalkeeper Allan McGregor is in contention to start against Everton on Sunday after a six-week lay-off. Steven Pienaar looks set to return to action against Hull, which could also see Lacina Traore make his comeback from injury.

Liverpool v Newcastle United

Liverpool must win and hope Man City lose to snatch the title on final day, though technically speaking a 13-goal victory for the Reds allied to a draw for City would be enough as well. Newcastle could be leapfrogged by Stoke into 9th.

Liverpool have midfielder Jordan Henderson available again for Sunday's Premier League final-day clash with Newcastle at Anfield. Other than long-term knee injury victim Jose Enrique, manager Brendan Rodgers has a full squad to choose from. Meanwhile Newcastle striker Papiss Cisse could need four months in which to recover after undergoing surgery to repair a fractured kneecap.

Manchester City v West Ham United

Victory or a draw will secure the league title for City, barring a 13-goal winning margin for Liverpool. West Ham could finish as high as 12th or as low as 16th.

Both Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini and West Ham boss Sam Allardyce have a fully-fit squad to choose from as his side host West Ham in the final game of the Premier League season.
