Emmanuel Emenike Hits Double For Fenerbache

Emmanuel Emenike scored a brace as Fenerbahce thrashed hosts Gaziantepspor 3-0 in a Turkish Super League match on Monday night.

The 2013 AFCON goal king now has 11 goals in the league, with a goal pending from the unresolved abandoned game against Trabzonspor.

The ex-Karabukspor striker gave Fenerbahce a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute, before he doubled the lead in the 34th minute. He was later replaced by Cameroon striker Pierre Webo in the 78th minute.


Fenerbahce with this result top the Turkish log with 57 points from 25 games while Besiktas are second with a seven point difference. They welcome Bursaspor in their next game on Monday March 31.
