Felipao was voted among the top three coaches in international football in 2013 by the iffhs after leading Brazil to Confederations Cup glory
Brazilian coach Luiz Felipe Scolari has been rated among the top three national team coaches in world football for 2013 by the Internartional Federation of History and Statistics (IFFHS).
Felipao, the highest ranked coach from South America, finished in third place behind Spain’s Vicente del Bosque and Germany’s Joachim Low, respectively.
Colombia coach Jose Pekerman came fifth, Argentina coach Alejandro Sabella was named in sixth place while Uruguay boss Oscar Tabarez came in seventh.
Voting was comprised of selected experts from 70 countries around the world.
Scolari led Brazil to Confederations Cup glory last June and lost just two of Brazil’s 19 matches during 2013.
