After being sacked by Liverpool, Brendan Rodgers has gotten a new job. The former Swansea boss expressed his disappointment after the manner of termination of his appointment. Rodgers has braced off his sack and he's set to work as a TV pundit.
Brendan Rodgers has been out of work for just 11 days but the sacked Liverpool manager has already landed a new role - as a TV pundit.
The 42-year-old was shown the door at Anfield following a 1-1 draw with Everton on October 4 and has since been spotted snoozing on an EasyJet flight to Marbella as he takes advantage of his free time.
Rodgers has been linked with an immediate return to football with Tim Sherwood under pressure at Aston Villa but, according to anchor Richard Keyes, he is set to join the team at the Qatar-owned beIN Sports network.
Keyes has been vocal in his criticism of Rodgers while at Liverpool, specifically over a percieved stand-off between the then-manager and former club captain Steven Gerrard earlier in 2015. Awkward.
