Both Babangida and Oliseh played together at top Dutch club, Ajax Amsterdam and have maintained a close bond ever since.
It was specially gathered that Babangida will join up with the Eagles training camp when it opens in Abuja next Sunday to prepare for next month’s AFCON qualifier in Tanzania.
Babangida has been with Globacom Premier League side, FC Taraba, helping them to win promotion to the top flight for the first time in their history two seasons ago.
