Golden Eaglets Jet Out To South Korea For 4-Nation Invitational Tournament

Nigeria’s Golden Eaglet will jet out of the country on Sunday to honour a 4-nation invitational tournament which will also feature Brazil and Croatia.

The invitational is part for the team’s preparations for the U17 World Cup in Chile.

The tournament was originally billed to have held in April, but had to be shifted because of the outbreak of a MERS epidemic in South Korea.


The defending champions have already put together a 35- man provisional list that has been sent to the NFF but will travel to South Korea with only 18 players.

Nigeria will come up against the likes of USA, Croatia and host nation Chile as they bid to win the tournament for a fifth time
