The agreement will see Casillas sign a two-year contract at Porto - with an optional third triggered if he makes more than 30 competitive appearances - with a gross salary of €10 million.
Real, meanwhile, will make up the shortfall so that Casillas ends up earning the same amount (€12.5m net) that he would have by staying at the Bernabéu for the two remaining years of his contract, with the corresponding tax to be paid by the Madrid outfit.
