The goalkeeper signed a two-year deal with the Portuguese club on Sunday after agreeing contractual compensation with the Blancos, who wanted the Spaniard out according to his agent.
He linked up with Porto's squad at their Dutch pre-season training camp on Tuesday and his new team posted a photo of him getting his fitness up with a cycle session.
Casillas also had a chance to strap on his gloves and strut his shot-stopping skills as Porto subsequently tweeted him embedded with his new team-mates in full goalkeeping gear.
The 34-year-old is likely to feature in one of Porto's upcoming friendlies before getting his competitive debut on August 16 as Julen Lopetegui's side kick off their Primeira Liga campaign against Vitoria Guimaraes.
