Nigeria: Eagles, Oliseh To Get Strong Test Against Cameroon

Cameroun have named their strongest possible squad as they prepare to tackle Nigeria at the Stade Van Roy in an international friendly in Belgium next month.

Coach Volker Finke has named a 25 man squad to prosecute the October 11 game in Dendeleeuw, Belgium. The friendly international is aimed to prepare the teams for the start of the 2018 World Cup qualifiers.

Nigeria is to face the winners between Djibouti or Swaziland while Cameroun awaits the winner of the Somalia versus Niger tie


The German born coach handed debut call ups to Dinamo Bucharest defender Collins Fai and midfielder Sébastien Siani from KVV Oostende in Belgium.

Reliables like Joel Matip and Standard Liege’s Eyong Enoh are in the squad that includes Olympique Marseille’s Nicolas N’Kolou, Benjamin Moukandjo and the in-form FC Porto striker Vincent Aboubakar

Nyom Alan, who is a teammate of Idion Ighalo at Watford is also included and so are Clinton Njie, Stephane Mbia and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting
