Victor Moses In Wining Debut At West Ham

West Ham United secured a 2-0 win over Newcastle United in an English Premier League game played at the Boleyn Ground, London on Tuesday night as Victor Moses made his debut.

The 24-year-old winger, who was loaned to the Hammers after failed to tie down a regular place in Jose Mourinho’s side, started for the hosts in the victory thanks to a brace from Dimitri Payet and was replaced with in the 88th minute by Andy Caroll.

Moses failed to get a debut goal towards the closing stages of the first half as a counter-attacking move saw Payet roll a brilliant pass into the path of the Chelsea loanee as he failed to get a good connection with the ball, though, slicing his effort wide of the near post.

West are fifth on the log with nine points from five games and will travel to the Etihad Stadium to face table toppers Manchester City in their next game.
