Real Madrid: Sergio Ramos Set To Sign New €9 million A Year Deal

This coming Monday will see Sergio Ramos put pen to paper on an improved and extended contract at Real Madrid, running until 30th June 2020, at a ceremony at the Bernabéu.

The 'Los Blancos' captain, whose current deal at the club expires in June 2017, is set to ramp up his wages to €9 million a year plus bonuses.

The terms were thrashed out during Real Madrid's tour of China, where an eagerly awaited meeting took place between club president Florentino Pérez, CEO José Ángel Sánchez, the centre-back and his brother René, who is also his agent.

The news of this agreement was exclusively broken in these pages, along with the plans to officially announce the new contract in the run-up to the start of the La Liga season. Now Radio MARCA has revealed that Monday will be the day when Ramos finally signs on the dotted line.
