Tanzania vs Nigeria - We Are Ready For Super Eagles Says John Bocco

Ahead of their clash against the Super Eagles of Nigeria John says the Tafia Stars of Tanzania are in good shape for the clash. If his boosts are to be taken serious then the Eagles are in for a tough match.

Tanzania striker John Bocco believes the team is ready for Saturday's AFCON qualifying match against Nigeria in Dar es Salaam.

The assistant captain told Goal that the camp in Turkey has changed the team and has given the squad confidence which has boosted morale in the Taifa Stars to win the match.


“We as players are ready for Saturday’s match and we are going into the match with confidence due to the preparations we have received from our coach Boniface Mkwasa and Hemed Morocco,” said Bocco.

“Before we played with Uganda (CHAN qualifiers) we were being stoned and booed everywhere we passed. The fans had given up hope on the team but now we see that they have the love back, and we plead that they don’t give up hope, they keep believing in us as they always have done and we will fight on Saturday and win the game”.
