The Catalan manager accepted full responsibility for the result: "I made a mistake in certain tactical questions; it's my responsibility. In the first half we didn't do anything right and then all was lost", he lamented.
Guardiola was insistent that the defeat was not his players' fault: "It was a football error. We have played badly but I have nothing to reproach my players about. It's all about playing well, and when you don't have the ball, nothing can be done. That is why we lost".
