United Will Sign Pedro After Selling Angel Di Maria

The front page of Spanish daily Sport piques the interest of Manchester United fans on Wednesday, as they have plastered a doctored picture of Pedro in a Red Devils kit on their splash.

The crux of Sport’s article is that Pedro is very close to securing a move to Manchester United.
Sport report that Man United have offered Barcelona €25m + €5m bonuses for Pedro, although the Catalans are looking for just over €30m for the 28-year-old, as the Spanish giants are unable to sign any players until January.

Moreover, Sport announced that Pedro has told Luis Enrique that he wants to move to Old Trafford as United have offered the forward an important role in the starting eleven.

As to when the deal may happen, Sport say that Man United have asked Barcelona to wait a few days before starting formal discussions, so both clubs return from their pre-season tours of America.

Man United are also waiting to sell Angel Di Maria to PSG, before they pull the trigger on the Pedro deal.

Lastly, Sport claim that the Red Devils have agreed personal terms with Pedro, which will see the Spanish international up his wages from his current salary at the Camp Nou.
